(1) Unless otherwise required by mandatory law, no general right of withdrawal or return applies. We do not accept returns simply because a product is no longer desired or because the customer has changed their mind. Each purchase directly supports independent artists, and unnecessary returns are avoided for environmental reasons.
(2) A return or replacement is only possible if the product is defective, i.e. if it does not correspond to the agreed quality or shows damage or faults that occurred prior to delivery.
(3) If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt via email at office@elpatrol.com including a brief description and photographic evidence of the defect. After verification, we will offer a suitable solution — repair, replacement, or, in exceptional cases, a refund.
(4) Items that have been opened, used, or damaged (other than due to the defect itself) cannot be returned. Products that are made to order, personalized, or created in collaboration with artists are non-returnable unless they are faulty.
(5) The risk of accidental loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery. The seller’s liability is limited to statutory warranty rights; no additional or voluntary return rights are granted.
(6) Note for EU consumers: If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law. However, this right does not apply to all circumstances. In any case, please contact us before exercising any withdrawal right so we can arrange an appropriate, sustainable solution.
