Protection

We live in an age of communication, surrounded by countless technologies that emit electromagnetic fields and waves. What we call EMF is present everywhere, at all times. And as more devices connect with one another and more wireless communication and data transfer occur, the denser this “noise” becomes.

Effects on the human body
Electromagnetic fields are not only a technological phenomenon but also a biological one — they are part of nature and of the human body itself. Our brains, cells, and nervous system operate through electromagnetic impulses and charges. Studies show that EMF can contribute to oxidative stress in cells. They can also influence the hormonal system, primarily affecting reproductive hormones, stress hormones, and those regulating the sleep–wake rhythm. These and other effects vary depending on the frequency, intensity, and duration of exposure.

Take a break
Symptoms like disturbances of the immune system, fatigue, sleep problems, headaches, brain fog, and difficulty concentrating cannot be traced back to EMF alone, as they usually arise when several unfavorable factors interact. However, by reducing EMF exposure from time to time, you can remove an additional stressor and give your body and mind a moment of peace.

Protection
In general, the closer you are to an EMF source, the stronger the radiation. So why not cover yourself while working on a laptop or computer, place a scarf between you and your phone during long calls, or carry your devices in a protective garment instead of your pants pocket?

This is how it works:
